Thank author of this post/commentI would really like to invest into some time share in Uruguay. Do anybody have any time shares in Uruguay? I would like to know your experience.

Thank author of this post/commentI think investing into some time share in Uruguay sounds like a good idea. I don't know anybody that has any time share in Uruguay. You can check out this website to find some leads on some time share.

Thank author of this post/commentI never thought of buying one in Uruguay before. I wonder if it is very expensive. Thanks for the link. Once I get my trip together to go I will be able to know for sure just how often I might be able to go back.

Thank author of this post/commentYeah, I never really thought about getting time share in another country. I always thought about getting timeshare in Florida. I guess it would be a good idea to look into purchasing timeshare in Uruguay.

Thank author of this post/commentTimeshare is pretty reasonable. If you going to be visiting a certain country or city on a regular basis it's a good idea to purchase some timeshare. I would suggest you do your research.

Thank author of this post/commentI'm not sure time shares are really an "investment?" As a real estate investor, that's my 200 peso opinion (:

As long as you don't come in January, nightly rates are so reasonable, at least here on the coast, the need for a time share escapes me. In addition, you're not locked in to a tight plan; two weeks when available.

Thank author of this post/commentI said investment because it's something that a friend asked me about. A friend that visit the country a lot ask me and my husband if we would consider going in with them on some timeshare.

Thank author of this post/commentGot ya!

I've done the pencil a couple of time shares and couldn't figure where the payoff was? That's why we rent when we're out of the country, or just buy something out right.

Thank author of this post/commentThose are some nice hotels in Punta del Este, but I don't think offer the timeshare concept.

I am not into that concept, I would love to have a space that is all by myself where I can do anything that I want without anyone disturbing me, I am a very private person. But well we have different preferences, right? So if some would prefer that kind of system then there is nothing wrong with it. But anyway, traveling to Uruguay is one of my dreams.. Hope to be there soon.
