Thank author of this post/commentHi, I have just joined your site, so first post. I have visited Uruguay several times to visit friends. I have taken a good number of photos, if anyone would like to see them they can be viewed at petejack.smugmug.com then click on 'Travel' category, then 'Travel Sub-Categories' 'uruguay'. Hope that you like them, there are 6 galleries of photos, you might get bored of them!

There is also a facility to upload and share pictures on Total Uruguay. You can upload pictures of your times here in Uruguay, or some photos of yourself to let people know who you are.

Hi Pete,

Welcome aboard :) I love your photos! Especially the ones of people hanging out on the street - its so Uruguayan! In the warm summer evenings you'll see people sitting on their doorsteps, on the footpath, or on those little metal chairs, drinking beers and mate, just relaxing and enjoying life...the way it should be!
