not a good impression

My apologies. Perhaps it's cultural but in Canada we have big pharmacy chain stores that sell everything, including prescription medicine. The point I was making to my fellow citizen was that she would find all of the same things in Uruguay that you can buy off the shelf in any drug store here. I really can't speak about prescription medication in Uruguay.
