Wooden table from Divino Outlet

Thank author of this post/comment, Shopping: Wooden table from Divino OutletHere's the all wood table I picked up at Divino Outlet for about US$35. It measures about 31" x 63" and has a couple marks, but nothing bad.

This photo will be the last time the table is ever seen clean and uncluttered.

I need to return and see if they have some good chairs.

Thank author of this post/commentBeautiful table. Is Divino Outlet a discount store with scratch and dent sales? Also is it just a furniture outlet or do they have other things as well?

I certainly hear you about the last time it will be clean lol. Funny how that happens to dining room tables isn't it. Must be a gremlin in dining rooms.

Thank author of this post/commentActually, Divino is an expensive store of classy furniture. It is not a place I expected to find a bargain. At their store on Av Itailia in Montevideo, they a backroom they call their "Outlet" which is where the bargains are.

I got a couple wooden chairs at the outlet which ran about US$40 each so nothing everything is as good a deal as this table...

Thank author of this post/commentI hardly ever buy furniture full price. I prefer to find sales or outlet stores. You got a great deal for that price.

Thank author of this post/commentWow, that's a beautiful table. I need to follow your tips for purchasing furniture because I'm paying too much money. Do this store sale used furniture? Why did the table have scratches?

Thank author of this post/commentI love to browse furniture stores. And I really love high-end furniture stores. I never know what I might find that I can do with my home unless I go looking. And, like lee, I'll never stumble over the perfect bargain if I'm not in the right place at the right time.

Divino is a pretty pricey place. Your lucky to have gotten such a good deal. It does pay to shop around!

Indeed, It looks "classy" for a $ 35.00 table. I hope there is an online catalog of affordable yet elegant tables and chair. I hope you guys can share a website that offers this.

Thanks in advance.

Lee, that site was absolutely no help to me at all. Its not in English. Do you know if they have a site just like it but in English?

Uruguay is a Spanish speaking country... don't count on any websites for you basic needs in English... unless it is someone selling to expats (maybe at inflated prices?)!

I love this table, do you have a website for this store that I could go to, and see what else they have available? I think this is so beautiful and I am interested in seeing what else they have for sale.

Ow that table for US$35, that is a good catch. Is there any other furniture like that style in the store where you bought it? How would four chair matching that table might cost me? And where can we order in case, see i am to move for a couple of months now and I am searching for a good furniture deals. Hope you can post some sort of website for that one. Thanks

Dennis, you could try to have a look at the said website and chart your way forward from there. I would say their items really look classy and it does not matter whether you will have a bargain or not. The major concern should be whether the deal would be worth it.

I would be surprized if someone is yet to grab that beautiful piece of furniture. It is just awesome

Perhaps a far-fetched idea is you translate the whole website into English. This language is not at at all strange to the location though you will find it spoken in government as well as a few of those tourist hot spots.

Uruguay is the smallest in the Spanish-speaking South American countries. Before the Spaniard colonialists arrived, the main occupants were the Charrua though at present, little evidence about their existence remains

Thanks for sharing that photos and info regarding the divino outlet... I am quite sure some would be interested in some of the furniture in that Montevideo outlet.

So regarding my concerns regarding prices and some more furniture that are available, i think i am just going to check out that link. Hoping for a great deal over things and that i could be able to order a set of furniture.

Thank author of this post/commentThat price is a REALLY great bargain for Uruguay, I almost think it might have been a mistake that they sold it to you at that price because furniture here is usually very expensive.

One place that is good for cheap basic furniture is the Tristan Narvaja street market on Sundays....if you wander off the main strip (Tristan Narvaja street) you'll find hand made tables, chairs, wooden and wickers storage chests and more. I think the people that make these things would be happy to custom-make you something for a very good price.

Of course there are plenty of antiques and second hand furniture there too.

Quality is all that matters to me, i am willing to pay any amount of money as long as it is in the price range. I want my furniture unique and at the same time would last for a very long time..

And it there would be great deals then it is a plus and a bonus for me. I'll have to check on that link of divino outlet. See yah

I have to agree that divino outlet have some nice furniture, i think i have to order one for my dining area, i want a new set of chairs.

My kids are always making the chairs looks like a chopping board, there are lots of cuts in its legs, we are still using the chairs, but we need to buy new ones because my daughter will soon be celebrating her 18th birthday.

That table looks really elegant and stylish. It definitely brings about a modern day feel and look as it sort of bares a resemblance to luxury.

Maybe, I did end up going just a little too far with the luxury baring resemblance of it and all of that, but the table really is truly very much beautiful and stylish, if I might say so myself, indeed.
