Has anyone actually gone through the process to get a refund? At the ARRIVAL gate I saw a sign detailing the processing: show your original receipt and merchandise.I hope the actual location one goes for the refund is near the departure gates, not the arrivals! But, it seems that with food and drink it might be difficult, as many seem to have little success traveling with food. But for any merchandise (crafts or leather) of value it could be a great savings. |
