Halloween Treats

I posted another thread about having candy sent to me in Montevideo. I realized that it would probably end up being too expensive, so now I'm wondering if it's possible to find traditional Halloween candy/ treats in Montevideo. I want candy corn, candy pumpkins (mellowcreme), popcorn balls, apple cider, etc; I was thinking about going to Tienda Inglesa. Are there any other places I might find these sorts of things?
