Effects of the flooding

Thank author of this post/commentIs there anyone on the forum who lives in Salto or who knows people living there? I wonder how people are coping with the flooding up there, if the water is receding and how bad the damage is...

I saw that disco supermarket is doing a charitable collection campaign, people are asked to buy non-perishable goods and leave them in the collection bins beside the check-outs. Hopefully actions like this will help a little in the relief effort.
