It is not much to look at and the service was incredible slow went we went, but the food was surprisingly good. No ceviche that day though. There also seemed to be a lack of beverages the choice seemed to be just Pepsi (ie: no water).

Unless you want to order something completely random, you should be at least a little familiar with some Spanish. This is the menu:
