Don Trigo Old Restaurant, New Hours

Thank author of this post/commentDon Trigo has been on the corner of Pedro F. Berro and Grabriel A. Pereira since about 1965. (Just a block from the Punto Berro Hostel).

They offer a fairly complete menu including a parrilla .

Their hours HAD BEEN something like noon to 3pm and 8pm to late. I've been told that they are now open from noon to late and serve their full menu the complete time.

So if you are looking to eat a full meal around 'usa dinner time' they are now an option.

When trying to figure out if I was spelling 'parrilla' correctly, I learned that not only had I spelled correctly in Spanish, it is also a word for: "The parrilla is a method of torture where the victim is strapped to a metal frame and subjected to electric shock."

Is it a Don Trigo Restaurant also in Peatonal Sarandi ?

The Don Trigo on the Peatonal Sarandi closed a while back. There is also one in Parque Rodo. I prefer the one in Pocitos... if not no other reason I live close by so I frequent it.
