What kind of property were you looking for? Residential? Office space?

I think there is generally little difference between Office and Residential space in Uruguay.

Many businesses are run out of peoples homes (apartments) and many businesses are located in apartments... for example dentist's offices. Every dentist I've been to is just an apartment in a building full of residences.
