Waterfront or Waterview?

I am confused.

"Waterfront lots in Piriopolis are Scarce."

"The views are fantastic and the beach is 4 blocks down the hill."

You are not selling waterfront lots, but rather lots with a view of the water? If you are not a native English speaker, I apologize for being rough on you. But your post seems mighty confusing.
