Piriapolis waterfront lots are scarce

We searched for properties on the San Antonio mountain and found very few. At the top we found the best views but a car was definitely needed walking is possible for the marathoner but biking was only one way, down.

On the lower portions walking to town or the beach is not difficult.

The cheapest lots are in the $40, 000 range for a partial view and typically 5, 000 square feet 50 X 100.

Lots with an uninterrupted view are about $90, 000 for a similar size lot.

Many of the available lots do not have signs as owners are waiting for higher prices,

We currently have 2 lots for sale with approved building plans for two 1, 200 square foot Modern 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath homes with a Garage and a large deck. One is $50, 000 and the other $65, 000 partially improved.

The views are fantastic and the beach is 4 blocks down the hill.

I am confused.

You are not selling waterfront lots, but rather lots with a view of the water? If you are not a native English speaker, I apologize for being rough on you. But your post seems mighty confusing.
