Hello I have an apartment where I live and will be leaving for Russia for three months and would like to rent it out while we are gone. It is on the 7th floor and has a view of tree tops which give it feel of being in a park. On Fridays there is an open air market to buy all of your needs for the week directly from farmers. Nice shops and restaurants near by and is located on Jose Marti and the corner of Berro. It is three blocks from Pocitos beach, a suburb of Montevideo and the best beach area. There is garage parking across the street, The apartment has three bedrooms and one of them having an en suite bathroom (shower no tub)which years ago was the mother in law suite plus another full bath. The apartment is around 1200sq. Feet with wood floors. It is furnished with antiques and everything that you would need including a large American fridge from the 1980's. Washer but no dryer. Galley kitchen. A terrace off the living room and one off of the kitchen. The beds are all new. The master bedroom has a near king size bed and the smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. The mother in law suite has a full size bed. The kitchen is fully furnished including every thing you would want to cook with, spices. Everything is American and European. A large plasma tv in the master bedroom and stereo system in the living room along with new leather sofa and wing back chair. If you are interested is is $1750 a month and you need to pay the phone and electricity. There is also fast internet and dish cable with TNT, Fox, BBC, CNN, along with many movie channels Ect..The building has a doorman and is quiet. If you were to rent direcly on the beach it is very noisy as it the road in front of the beach is the main through fare up the coast and is busy 24/7 and very loud. Most apartments don't have sound proof windows. Not to mention the pollution from the street |
