Need HONEST realtor

Thank author of this post/commentI have never done this before. But I would like to have the name and email of a few honest realtors in Punta del Este.

Interested in perhaps buying an 'AFFORDABLE" home, or even rent for a while near the beach.

Hi Meesh,

what you will need is a Public Notary who is aware of the values of the properties in Punta del Este. You will need one anyhow for the title. I would recommend you to ask for that. The realtor will have to fulfill the notary's requests.

Thank author of this post/commentIn Montevideo I find the biggest problem is realtors don't call back and want to push different properties on you. Even an American didn't call me.

Obviously one that did call me and did show me properties that I wanted to see... earned the commission!
