| January Events in Punta If anyone is living in Punta del Este or passing through during the busy month of January you will find that it is a veritable hub of activity during the high season.One Uruguayan "re-patriate" as she calls herself, keeps a great blog on things going on in the area. On Jan 6th there's a Polo Tournament, from Jan 7-10th there's a big real estate fair at the Conrad, there's lots of visual arts displays throughout the month, but what I'm most excited about is the 14th edition of the International Jazz Festival at Tambo El Sosiego!
