They have to pay for their huge deficits and they will go for their money whenever it's hidden. So you better learn Spanish and drink mate fast so you are not detected as a rebel runing away with Her Magesty's money. Don't claim about Lorenzo. He'll be smoother and slower and more tolerant than them. Uruguay will be one of the last places in the world for taxing dictatorship to arrive, and the republic of Colonia Valdense will probably get there a couple of years later than Uruguay.
