Piriapolis Real Estate

Thank author of this post/commentDoes anyone know an English speaking real estate agent in Piriapolis. I had a web page URL, I think Coastal Uruguay or something like that, but none of the contact links work. So I am still looking for someone there who speaks English.

I will be back in Piriapolis Tuesday or Wednesday. If anyone sees this and is interested, or has helpful information, please let me know. And thanks!

How is the Uruguayan real estate industry in general compared to other major world economies? The English real estate agents seem very resourceful. How much do they relatively charge?

The buyer usually pays 3% to the agent. If you are buying farmland, the government hits you for 10% as well.
