In this article which came out about 3 hours ago it talks about that fact that NZFSU yesterday announced it had placed 39m further shares at a 102c issue price, adding nearly $40m to its previous $123m capital base.

PGG ended up with more share than they wanted but were able to sell them all in the end and expanded on their base.

This will in turn give more capital to expand the Uruguay model to other South American countries. All the new capital will be invested to acquire farms in Uruguay and fund their development into New Zealand-style dairy farms, " Smith said.
