Humanity crimes

It turns out the the crimes committed by the ruling military Junta during the 1973-1985 in Uruguay, some of them pretty extreme, were not seriuous crimes against humanity!

The Supreme court just stated that those crimes are just common crimes and will prescribe in November of this year.

What you say, partner? Murder, torture and kidnapping are "just" common crimes!

Come on! So the Universal Declaration of Human Rights allows crimes to prescribe! That was way before the 2006 Penal Code that did not contain the Human Rights violations.

Where do we go from here, guys?

When November 1 rolls around, the generals are off the hook!
