wow there are some great old pictures at the start that video of some well known spots (the obelisk near tres cruces, Plaza Independencia) long before high rise started! It looks so different. Along Blvr. Artigas is one level buildings, and the mirrored presidential building on Plaza Independencia hadn't been started...even Palacio Salvo is still under construction! |
