Bikes on the Rambla The OP paraphrased the El Pais editorial as: "Bicycles on the sidewalks reserved for pedestrians". Are sidewalks in general, or the Rambla in particular, reserved for pedestrians in any way, shape, or form? Obviously, the faster vehicles need to yield to the slower. But I thought the Rambla was intentionally built in part as a bike path.
