I am visiting Montevideo and would like to check out the spas. I am interested in getting some massages, pedicure, and facial. Can anyone recommend the best locations?

You can check out this website. I hear that this place is well known. I don't know th prices but you can contact them by email. A massage on vacation sounds real good. Have a great time!

My wife told me that I had to take her to a Spa when we visit Uruguay. LOL! She even gave me information on the spa that she wanted to visit. We like to plan out trip and make an itinerary. I know she was raving about a place called Spa Victoria. The place is very nice and upscale.

When I visited Mexico last year I notice that a lot of people was going to the spa. I never went to a spa on vacation or anywhere. Maybe I will check out some spas in Uruguay. I think it's time I treated myself to some pampering, LOL!

The best spas in Montevideo are:Viaaqua - www.viaaquaspa.com.uy
and the spas of the Sheraton in Punta Carretas and the one in the Radison Victoria Plaza Down Town.

Peter, you can add links here... enter them in the "web link" box including the http:// and a title under link title (optional). Why do so many people here make awful flash based pages that are slow to load and make it difficult to read, and see the information... I want to relax at a spa not be amazed by blinking and shifting text on the streen!
I would also like to know where Viaaqua Spa is located and their phone number... neither of which are in any obvious place on their website (I would put it at the bottom of every page)!

Hi Lee, if you open in their Web the contact link, you will get their phone: 628 2628; and their address: Dr. Luis Bonavita esq. 26 de Marzo -Complejo Torres Náuticas. To go there it's easier if you think that the spa is located behind the Montevideo Shopping Center.
