Hey Brad, If you're doing a whirlwind tour I highly recommend getting involved in Couchsurfing. It is an international travel community where people host travelers, show them around, meet them for drinks/coffee etc. Its a great way to meet locals and see a unique side to each place you visit (which is usually quite a challenge on fast/passing-through style trips). You can read all the conversation threads and get in touch with individuals you think you would get along with. |
