Cataracts

My SO has been diagnosed with cataracts recently so he visited a specialist at our local hospital in Rosario. As a paying "socio" with CAMEC, he has the option of getting the operations done for free at Rosario with plain lenses or to pay 3k U$S to get it done in MVD where they would insert corrective lenses. The Italian hospital in Bs As wants 4k U$S for the same op.
