Mate and Teeth

Thank author of this post/commentIf the national drink is Mate and many people drink it all the time, I am wondering, are not their teeth stained with the color of the tea(brown or green)? Curious minds want to know.

A funny question..LOL..anyway, some people have stains on their teeth but not all. I mean, the tea is "stainless" too. I believe that it purely depends on your oral hygiene. It is how you take care of yourself and how you clean up yourself after drinking that staining tea. I believe people from Uruguay are familiar with toothbrush, anyway.
