Description: PA to COO

Duties will include full secretarial support including audio typing - shorthand would be great too!

Organisation of travel

Diaries, meetings and minute taking

Payments and finances for the department

HR admin for the team

Maintenance of departmental records

They are looking for someone with experience.Good education, stable background and strong PA skills are essential

I think there are quite a few new arrivals looking for work but they don't speak Spanish, would this position require fluent Spanish?

PA, COO, HR, PM might have different meanings or no meaning to people from different backgrounds so, it might be helpful to spell things out a bit.

pa = personal assistant

coo = chief operating officer (the guy that runs things day to day)

Jonathan it sounds like things are really coming along with your business set up, when things settle down be sure to let us know how you are getting on as I'm sure many people would like to hear about the hoops one has to jump through here, or better yet - how to avoid them!
