Drug testing in MVD

So I have a complicated situation. My employer in the US wants me to switch from consulting to permanent. I'm ok with this, but in the typically USian mindset, they want me to get a drug test. I ain't flying back just to pee in a cup.

So I'm going to propose to them that I find a laboratory here in uruguay that can do the test for them. I'm sure such a place exists, but I'm having a hard time finding one. Can anyone suggest a place?

"Yes... but..."

A friend got a job at Pluna and needed a "health exam"... she was surprised that the "health exam" was peeing in a cup for a drug test.

So, it can be done... but I have no idea where you start. You could call the HR department at Pluna, I suppose.
