Hi Tamara

I am Australian and my husband German. We are moving to Uruguay in May this year and will most probably settle initally in an apartment Montevideo, however we are already looking to Paloma to build our dream beach home and eventually spend as much time up there as possible.

We both have spent quite a bit of time in Uruguay and are definitely planning on settling down fairly long term, starting a family and living between the coast and back to Montevideo when necessary.

We are visiting Uruguay for a couple of weeks at the beginning of March. We are planning a drive up the coast and a stop over in La Paloma, hopefully to look at some properties while we are around. We're pretty impatient to get our beach house plans in motion!

We would just love to call in on you, if you are around! Your plans sound fantastic and we would love to have the chance to have a good chat with some local Aussie/Urugayos living in La Paloma :)
