Moving to Uruguay... Learning Spanish... Working...

Thank author of this post/commentHello, My name is Greg and I am very interested in moving to Uruguay if it makes sense. I currently speak only English but have purchased the entire 3 part series of Pimsleur Spanish. I have spent quite a bit of time in brazil from Rio South to Ilhabela and I loved that.

I have done some research and also purchased an online book about Uruguay which is just over 350 pages...and I love what I see and read about Uruguay. My biggest concern of course as with many would be finding some work there being only an English speaking person.

I also find your Sunday luncheon meetings to be very fascinating and WOULD SURELY join in this wonderful weekly event. Sounds GREAT. I hope to find out more information here from those who would like to share...what the opportunities for an English speaking person who has 30 years experience in I.T. and computer work.
