Trade houses Chicago/Uruguay?

I have a house on the beach 20mins. outside Montevideo and need to go back to Chicago for a couple years.

I'm looking to either switch homes with someone in Chicago, or rent out my house to someone who loves cats and dogs (3 cats 1 dog).

You can hear the waves at night from the bed. It has 2 bedrooms, one is lofted, 2 bathrooms, a big fireplace and a HUGE yard.

The house is a cute cottage with a big BBQ/Asado outdoor dining place next to it.

The house needs some repairs but has a lot of character and good energy.

This is a situation that would be perfect for the right people. I won't leave till I find that perfect person.
