Rosario Uruguay Futbol Parade

Thank author of this post/commentUruguay wins against South Korea in the second round of the world cup and the little town of Rosario comes alive with an impromptu parade after the game. Lots and lots of happy people in cars, on scooters and on bicycles. Even the dogs and sleeping babies join in. About a zillion traffic rules are broken but when your little country wins it does not appear to matter.

They are a rowdy lot in Rosario... they enjoy spontaneous celebrations with maximum noise. That was filmed in the Plaza across the street from my lawyer's office :-)
