Requested information

My partner Walker and I will be coming to Uruguay and Argentina Sept. 16 to November 21st. We will be in Punta del Este one week and four weeks in Montevideo. We then will spend a month October 22th to November 20th in Buenos Aires. We will be staying in a flat at 18 De Julio, Montevideo. We are interested in meeting some expats and/or temporary residents to hear in person their experiences in adapting to and living in Montevideo. We look forward to attending the expat get together on Sunday, September 26th.

We are also interested in finding a massage therapist who will come to our flat once a week and give two one hour massages. What would be the expected charge per massage in pesos?

I trust you are referring to therapeutic massages... The Uruguay Expat eBook (see link in the menu) has a section on that topic. I've added a link to the specific section below.

I hate to quote prices because they may have changed, but I think you'll be in the ballpark of 500 pesos for an hour. Maybe more if they come to your place.
