| persuasion There's nothing wrong in trying to persuade others to adopt one's point of view. But the means by which this is done can be an issue. Saying or implying that people who don't see things the way you do are somewhat lacking in something (i.e. less spiritual or spiritually poorer)is simply unfair. I am not suggesting all Evangelists are unfair. And I apologize if I gave that impression. But what I am saying is that this particular video certainly is, because it places a sort of label on a whole country, a nation, and a people, as "less than", simply because it does not conform to their world view or what they think is "right". |
