| Uruguay for the "tranqi" in you OK, so youre in Buenos Aires and forced to go to Uruguay to get your passport renewed (ps just overstay your visa and pay the penalty at the airport when you leave 50 pesos OH NO, a real wallet buster). Are you sick of the half hour of entertainment at Colonia, the fact that Montevideo is just a smaller version of BA, or the fact that Punta del Este is pricier than Miami?
