Has anyone here built recently in punts ballena la pataia area?

I'm wondering if I should start drilling for water again on my property. I got a geographical study of it and the drillers feel they have a 20% chance of finding water (although I am surrounded by homes that have water). Does this seem normal? I'm not that far out in the country. In fact I'm right around the corner of la pataia. I am very anxious to get going on my house and want to me down there ASAP.
