Tom,

My wife and I spent some time in Colonia this past month looking at real estate. We inquired to a lot of the agencies there but no one replied however we found a wonderful person in Montevideo who was able to contact the agencies in Colonia and set up appts for us with them. I would strongly recommend her. Her name is Alicia and her email is abrianocros@gmail.com. Her english is pretty good and if you mention our name she will definitely remember us as we were only there few weeks ago.
