We aren't exactly cutting edge when it comes to doing things on line in Colonia. Last month the on-line booking I made with Seacat went astray but the 5 emails I sent them remained unanswered. I finally had to phone them :-)
Property websites can be misleading as can inmobilarios so I'd strongly advise you to come in person, stay a while and look around for yourself.
There seems to be plenty for sale.
