It is also very useful if you somehow relate your message to the forum you are posting in. You message seems very generic and seems to be something that you are posting in many forums.

Drive by URL dropping more commonly referred to as spamming, really won't get you any business. You could at least try to engage the users here with some questions about machining business in Uruguay.

It will be a stretch since this forum is mostly geared toward English speakers visiting, moving to, or living in Uruguay. You really need to try presenting your message in Spanish, in our Spanish Forum... but not just a drive by cut and paste but engaging the users.

Of course, you'd probably do much better talking about your machines in a forum that is directly on your topic.. try this one:
