Uruguay is NOT a rich and rabid consumer society where it's a challenge to figure out where to stash all that cool stuff one has accumulated but doesn't need or use. So you won't find the ubiquitous orange self-storage shed buildings that starting sprouting like mushrooms in the early '80s in the US.
That said, there must be some storage options, oriented toward commercial operations. What are you looking to store?
