Acupuncture and Homeopathy in Uruguay

Thank author of this post/commentCan anyone tell me if there is a safe and professional place to have acupuncture in Montevideo? or I would be willing to travel outside the city to Punta del Este or elsewhere if someone has a recommendation....

I suffer from vertigo and I find acupuncture really helps but the only place I have seen that does it is in Ciudad Vieja and I judging by the appearance I would not let them near me with needles!

Is there anyone in Montevideo who has had acupuncture or knows someone who is qualified and has clean facilities?

I am also looking for a homeopath too.
